iPhone 11, How can I physically print out a full manual? (On a Windows computer) This is my first iPhone! I don't want to stare at my phone while trying to learn things. I'm a note in margin kind of person. Help please...

Congratulations on getting your first iPhone! If you have an Apple Store nearby, one option is to see if you can enroll in one of their "Getting Started" classes.

Alternately, I have been a customer of Take Control Books for years and can certainly recommend them as a good & easy reading source. These are eBooks that you can download and print out if you prefer. They cover many topics and are quite reasonably priced.

Apple does not offer a printed version of the user guide. If you tried to print one from the online user guide, it would be over 700 pages. You can find some iphone books on Amazon. See if they might be of help.
