Hi,
I am linked to my family's Apple Music Account (I am not the primary subscriber), but when I try download music I get a pop up screen offering a paid subscription to access content.. Why? Is there a time delay or something? Please help.

Does the music subscription appear as shared with you in Settings ➜ Family?
If it does, go to Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ Sign out, and then sign back in to refresh it.
