I paid for family music subscription today and the members are complaining that they can’t access music from their apps. How can i be helped?

Make sure the subscription has been activated. Also, if your family members had their own subscription, and cancelled it, the Family subscription will not be available to them until the free trial for it is over and you are charged for the first month.
