Hello aynura17,

I would recommend changing your Apple ID and Apple device passcodes. You can go through the Safety Check on iPhone (under Privacy & Security in Settings) and reviewing people and apps that have access to your data. Please revoke any unwanted people/apps. Step 3 is the most important under Safety Check, please click devices you do not recognize and remove them from the list by clicking the button. It will sign out your Apple ID on these devices. Again, I highly recommend changing your Apple ID password.

As long as the Apple Watch is under your Apple ID, you can reset the password and I'd recommend resetting to factory settings if you believed it was hack. Resetting to factory settings will essentially kick any persistence methods an attacker has setup.

I'm not going to say your device is actually hacked as I don't have the device in hand and would need more information to make that determination.

I hope this helps!
