Black Screen when streaming. OS Monterey v. 12.6.6

When I open the Apple TV APP on my Mac Computer (Mac Pro Late 2013), the movies playback as BLACK SCREEN. This also happens with the PrimeTV app, Netflix when on Safari, and every other streaming platform on Safari. HOWEVER, it will stream on Chrome because I was able to "DISABLE the Accelerator".

So, how do I disable the accelerator on Safari and the AppleTV APP and the PrimeTV app?

Any suggestions???
