Beats Studio Buds. iphone 7 running ios 15.7.6.

new Beats buds paired nicely out of the box. Next day had to re-pair them again. Have tried 'reset' and 'forget this device'. Once paired shouldn't they just connect with the same phone just by taking them out of the case? What am I doing wrong?

Why do my Beats Fit Pro disconnect after pairing? Hello everyone, I've just received Beats Fit Pro earbuds. When I did the pairing with the case opened, my Iphone recognized the device and it was connected. As soon as I took the earbuds out of their case, I lost the connection. I did multiple resets and always the same problem. Did anyone have a solution? Thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Beats Studio Buds Disconnection. My Beats Studio Buds disconnect from bluetooth as soon as I pull them out of their cases, I have done everything from resetting them, to forgetting device and repairng, still nothing.

Hi Cpw1,

We're happy to help out. In general, you shouldn't have to pair them a second time. Once paired, they should work from there. Have you noticed this behavior since resetting your Beats? If not, it could have just been an issue that resetting them resolved.

If this continues to happen, you may need to reach out to Apple to look into this with you further, as there could be an issue with them. Get Support
