I have Windows on my PC and an iPhone for my phone. I'm on my PC, logged into iCloud. In Photos I created an album (album "cute cats"). However, I can't figure out how to share that album on Facebook. In the top right of the Photos webpage there are some options but none have the term Facebook. How do I share my album to Facebook?

You can read the following support page to create an iCloud link to share a photo or photo album - Share photos and videos with an iCloud Link on iCloud.com - Apple Support. Keep in mind this is a public link, meaning anyone with access to the link will have access to the album. You may need to remove the album or delete the post to revoke access to the album (obviously doesn't help with people who saved the link).

I'm not exactly sure. It's up to Facebook how the link will appear as it is their UI. As for when they click on the link, they should be directed to iCloud.com and see the photo album.
If you get the share link, you can try using it yourself to see what happens before publicly posting it on Facebook!
Unfortunately, that is the only way to share to Facebook. If you have select first you can send them a share link privately via Messages, AirDrop, or other methods. If you invite them (not via the link) you can revoke their access, but obviously this wouldn't be a Facebook post either.
Alternatively, you can just screenshot the photos on your Windows PC and upload those instead. Avoiding the need to create a share link to your album!
Thanks for posting. How will the link appear on Facebook though? I want it to show the actual pictures on Facebook.
