How do I update my apps when I don’t have the App Store installed?

Due to screen time (I do not know the passcode for screen time, only my parents do), I don’t have the App Store on my phone. Is there a way I can update my apps without needing to open the app store?

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

Looks like you have a MDM profile.

If so, you need to contact your company - IT department.

If you have a MDM profile, App Store is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home Screen.

Also the iTunes Store is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home Screen.
