error code 4013 occurs when iphone restore fails

I solved my issue by using the type of cable that came with my phone. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max and it came with a USB cable. I tried to use a lightening cable instead and I got a 4013 error every time. Make sure you use the type of cable that came, originally, with the phone!!!!
