How do I cancel a subscription using my apple id on an android phone?

I'm trying to cancel an auto renew subscription (following free trial period). When I sign in with my apple Id it says there aren't subscriptions?

iPad, iOS 9

If you have access to a Windows computer you can cancel it there:

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Failing that you will need to contact Support: https://getsupport.apple.com

Thanks but I already have an apple Id and i access my icloud emails on my android phone (I dont have an iphone anymore). I signed up for a free trial on an app but it has auto renewed and charged me. I'm struggling to cancel the subscription and says cancel it within applle id???
