I'm trying to cancel an auto renew subscription (following free trial period). When I sign in with my apple Id it says there aren't subscriptions?

Thanks but I already have an apple Id and i access my icloud emails on my android phone (I dont have an iphone anymore). I signed up for a free trial on an app but it has auto renewed and charged me. I'm struggling to cancel the subscription and says cancel it within applle id???
You cannot create an Apple ID on an Android device.
email can access, however, can't use an iCloud account to access the apps store or iCloud account for subscription.
