Hacked battery dies quickly?

How can I tell if my iPhone 8 is running slow because it has been hacked

If you did not jailbreak the phone, it is not "hacked".

What do you see in Settings>Battery>Battery Health & Charging?

The battery needs to be replaced when it gets to 80%.
