If the problem just started happening in the last couple of days, I would look into to the 2 launch Daemons: Logitech and Stats.SMC.Helper. I have no indication that those are the result of the problems, just that your system seems pretty clean and it does show a recent install on those. To further test, I would recommend adding a new admin User to see if the problem persists there.


Are you using an external display and if so does it only happen when connected?


Also, does booting in Safe Mode resolve the issue? Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

To see if it is software related, try downloading EtreCheck and post the report using the "Additional Text" option. I suggest only the free one time scan as it is not needed for monitoring purposes. EtreCheck is used frequently in these forums to find software conflicts and the report does not include any personal information that needs redacted.
