Outlook app no sound notifications

Only the Outlook App is not making sounds with Notifications.

All Notification settings have been toggled on both in the Iphone settings and within the app.

I have reset the iPhone to factory defaults and still not working.

I even swapped iPhones and tried that... any suggestions???

This problem becomes bigger and bigger with every next update of iOS. I think it is a bug which they cannot fix Please if somebody has found solution to the problem to share it! If I am right and this is general problem of Apple, let me know because not to loose my time in looking for decision! Thank you in advance!

Mail alert notification sounds stopped working with iOS 17 update Using an iPhone 14 Pro, updated from latest iOS 16 version to iOS 17. Using all MS Exchange accounts and all alert sounds for all accounts no longer work. Reset all notifications including individual account notification customizations and troubleshooted steps with Apple support. All sound alerts for mail still not working. Badges all show. Any suggestions?

Email Notification Sounds Not Working Although I have all the email notification settings set to receive sounds, badges and banners, I don’t always receive sound notifications. When I do receive sounds it seems to only be on the device that receives the email first and there is never a sound on the other device. My notification sounds used to work the way I think they should but that was many months ago. My iPad Pro M4 is on 18.2 and my iPhone 11 is on 18.2. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a resolution?

If you've already confirmed the settings are correct, you'll next want to check for any available app updates for Outlook.

If there aren't any, or installing them doesn't seem to improve things, you'll want to reach out to Microsoft Support. As the developers of that app they'll be best to look in to that with you and see what's happening.
