Batteries are consumables. They lose capacity and eventually need to be replaced. The battery health indicator os only an approximation. It may not register a change for months, then you may see a large drop. A loss of about 1-2% a month is fairly average.

There is very little reason to be checking battery health unless you are having a problem with your phone or you are reaching the end of your warranty. If you're nearing the end of the warranty, you want to check to see if the battery health is at or very close to 80%. If it is, you'll want to get it replaced before the warranty expires.

You've probably got several months before you need to think about replacing your battery. Set a reminder in your phone for 3 months from now and ignore it until then.
