Download Fitness data to Excel
I am trying to export my fitness data from my 14 pro iphone to excel so I can track my fitness progress and do trend analysis. Daily data such as Miles/Km, pace, heartrate, O2 consumption, current temp/humidity, elevation etc.
While SravanKrA answered the basic question of "how to download" last year the issue is that a "XML" file needs a schema/sitemap to give meaning to the column headings for the applicable to the data. "Value33" & "Code31" don't mean much to me.
The download exported two folders (not discussed here) and two files once unzipped. The file "export_cda.xml" was imported into Excel [Data, (get external data) From Other Sources "from XML data import". But had the meaningless headings and missing data "VO2Max" for example. The second file, "export.xml" while brought in the same way errored, "Invalid file reference . . . or one . . . of the reference schemas could not be found."
Has anyone found a way to manage the data?
