My iPhone suddenly turn every colour messes up

I don’t do anything but suddenly my iphone colour like text, wallpaper, application, even screen and camera become orangeish I tried everything even when I reset all settings it’s still like this i check my inverted settings and its all off can anyone help me pls

Everything looks like that when the wallpaper supposed to be blue and all of the icon colour are messed up
