My IPhone 15 Pro has weird different colors on the screen. For example the battery icon is a magenta instead of green. When I use the web browser I can’t see any of the letters. I even reset the display and brightness to original. When I view my photos they are all ghostly white. I can keep on going. I don’t understand it just started after I starting the ChatGbt AI application.

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
