How to reset MacBook Air password?
Hey I’m trying to reset a Mac book my old high school gave me a long time ago it won’t let me reset it full or reset password I need help please

Was this computer enrolled, by " my old high school " in a Mobile Digital Management Service ( MDM )
You maybe Blocked from reseting it completely
No matter how hard you try, the MDM can Block this
Suggest you verify with your Old School before spending any additional time on this reset process.
