blue dots appearing around my face when taken photos with the front camera (iphone 13 pro max)

there appear to be a ring of blue dots that appear around my face when taking photos with the front camera of my iphone 13 pro max,how can i fix this?

So if the dots don’t appear when taking a screenshot, that confirms it is not an issue with the screen itself, fortunately.


So it may be dust, or lens flare. Can you go into a room, turn off all lights, except for a lamp in one corner of the room, and then face away from the lamp, and take a picture? If the dots appear, but your camera is not looking at a light source, it is probably dust. If the dots do not appear, it is lens flare, which is normal.

Hello uwufo!


Please take some more pictures around you with the issuing camera. Do the dots always remain on the same spot on the screen? Do they move around?


Also, go to Notes, and open a New Note. Now, after making sure Dark Mode is off, take a screenshot. Now, if readily available, send the screenshot to another device for a completely unbiased viewing. Do the dots appear on the screenshot when viewing them on the second device?
