By Telephone: When clicking on this link, you’ll look for your country or region, and then call the Apple Support number associated with that country or region. You can also find what to do if your country isn’t listed.

Online: Here, you just follow the on-screen prompts by entering the problems you have, your device, etc. until you reach some form of Apple Support.

Chat: When clicking on this link, you are routed straight to Messages, where you can send a pre-written message to an Apple Advisor (they are called) to initiate the conversation, or you can delete the pre-written message, and ask a question. Then you and the Advisor will go over your issue by texting each other.
