Why when I ask python for a scatter gram does my python from system frameworks open in the launcher and then bounce up and down for a while before closing without giving me a scatter gram? I use the MacBook Pro M1 with Ventura.

I can't export from Preview app on MacOS Ventura 13.6.6. The "open and Save Panel Service" stops responding when I try to export from the Preview app. The same is happening with all applications when trying to save documents. It also happens in safe mode. I tested with a new administration account and it doesn't happen, but this is not an alternative for me, as I have several python environments in my current profile, which I need for my degree.
