I tried to renew my developer account, but unfortunately ended up adding the balance in Apple Id. Now I am not able to renew the developer account using the Apple account. It is asking to update the billing info.
Please let me know how can I renew the developer account using the balance amount in Apple account.

Per previous postings from other that have had issues here, Apple Developer enrollments and renewals don’t permit Apple ID balances, nor gift cards.
Update your billing info, and add a recognized payment card.
This makes submitting throw-away enrollments for scam and malware apps that much more difficult, and allows checks for banned and embargoed entities.
