We'd be happy to help out! Sounds like you need help recovering a Konami account. If so, please review the following information direct from Konami:
If you get a new device or delete the app, you can restore your account at a later time as long as you back up your data beforehand via a data transfer using a KONAMI ID or Game Center account. However, if you use a Game Center account to perform a data transfer, you will not be able to restore your account if you change to a different OS.

If you have either lost the KONAMI ID you used to back up your data or you have forgotten your KONAMI ID password, please refer to the section titled "About the KONAMI ID (my.konami.net)" or use the contact form to get in touch.
If you switched devices or deleted the app without configuring the data transfer set-up, please see the section titled "Inquiry: I can't restore my account using a data transfer" below.
