How to format write protected Pen drive on MacBook Air M1.

I need you help.

for the frequent switching between Mac And Windows my pen-drive become write protected.

Could you please help me to resolve the issue??

McAfee Removable Media Protection not working with macOS Ventura I use a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet and a MacBook Pro for my job, and need to transfer files between the two. I was provided a USM memory stick by my IT department, which is encoded with McAfee Removable Media Protection. This worked fine until I upgraded my Mac from Monterey to Ventura. Since, every time I try to open the McAfee Removable Media Protection from my Mac, I get the following message: “McAfee Removable Media Protection” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should eject the disk." I want to avoid having to downgrade macOS just because of this, but this is causing me issues in my day-to-day work and would very much appreciate some help with this issue. I have contacted McAfee but they haven't provided any help, so I am hoping someone here will be able to guide me to a solution.

Cannot write to MS-DOS FAT12 with MacOS Ventura I do have a device (solar panel converter interface) that uses FAT12 as file system. When I connect it to my MacBook Pro with Ventura, the device is shown as 'read-only'. Is that because Ventura cannot write to it, or is the device really write protected?

Refer to Connect and use other storage devices with Mac - Apple Support. Some devices have a physical write-protect switch, so confirm it has been set to a read/write position.

If the flash drive has been formatted using NTFS, that might also account for it being read-only on a Mac.
