How to delete documents and data for iPhone photos?

I cleaned up my photos, deleted all but 200 megabytes and now have 9 gigabytes of documents and data in the photos app. I've deleted all the folders, recently deleted it's empty, I've been doing whatever, connecting to a computer, restarting. The last update was made last night.

All photos deleted from iPhone and cloud after upgrading to 17.2.1 All the photos from the device and iCloud are not showing. There is no space occupied on iCloud by photos. Is there any way I can recover the photos.
