hello how can i renew my developer account

Hello, My name is Vivke, We created developer account in 2018, We used to renew every year till last, my account got suspended now and not getting option where i can renew it, i added $99 in my apple id, but does not allow me to renew it shows error, i install developer app in my device. please help me out.
