You could submit a proposal for set of generic earphones, if you wanted that.

😒 is less efficient because it is more for being unamused, unimpressed, or uninterested. While something like the side eye showed as an example up above perfectly creates the feeling of side eyeing someone when they say something sus.

No they can’t.

The Unicode Consortium decides what is or isn’t an emoji.
