I don’t know how to connect my new replacement AirPods case to my phone

open up the case, hold the back button down until the light turns white, then a menu will pop up. If it doesn't go to settings>bluetooth and you might see it there. Or try this: Set up your replacement AirPods or charging case - Apple Support
