Icloud not accessible via apple ID

I'm having issues with my mac air. I changed something recently (not sure what) but I lost all the notes on my desktop (they are still on my phone and in Icloud). But now I see that all my devices except my phone are marked as "offline" when I log into " find my" despite my being on line when doing it. I wanted to logout and back in via Icloud on my macbook but I cloud is not listed anywhere under my ID. screenshot attached.
