Magic Mouse connect to iPhone SE3

I had tried numerous times to connect with Bluetooth of the Apple Magic Mouse to iPhone SE3 but was not searchable. Can anyone help with this?

Yes felt, I've shut off bluetooth on all my Macs. There's no lighting to lighting cable. Knowing my favorite brand I don't think they've made a way for us to do so lol

I connected a third-party mouse with instantaneous ease, however a whole array of an ecosystem controlled by my Magic Mouse is a goal of ours Apple!!
