iPhone XR Microphone

Since last update microphone is not working as should. Works for “Hey Siri” and recording videos however if I use Voice Memos, my memo will record with no sound, playback is blank.

I often make calls on my phone using speaker. When I call a person on speaker, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. The mic icon is the usual mic crossed out to indicate it is muted. If I press the icon to unmute, the icon changes to another mic icon that is still crossed out. Both icon’s indicate it is muted.

All works well with a normal phone call off speaker, they can hear me.
