I have reset my password and am back in my phone but cannot reload my "encrypted" information until I figure out my old password that I forgot (which started this whole mess). How do I recover my contacts, Amazon, and all the other apps?
How do I recover my encrypted info after having reset my password/phone? My pictures are back, and I can get text again but my contacts and history of text are not.
