I have got the trial subscription of the app but the money got debitted from the account

What app are you referring to? If this isn't an Apple app or service, Apple isn't responsible. You can request a refund though through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Please read - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. HOWEVER, please make sure the charge was actually posted. It is possible the charge is pending and will not go through, but you should verify this.
