Macbook Pro M1 - Audio dropouts over USB-C / HDMI ARC

I'm using a Macbook Pro M1 (Ventura) and it's connected to a monitor over USB-C (DisplayPort Alt + PowerDelivery) and from the monitor over HDMI ARC to a soundbar.

Every day i get audio dropouts (for 1 sec every 5 seconds) when i select the soundbar as Audio Out device for 30-45 minutes.

Then the dropouts suddenly disappear and never come back. Even for hours.

Next day after Macbook sleep the audio dropouts are present again for 30 - 45 minutes.

Already tried the following:

• Updating firmware from Monitor and Soundbar
• Updating to newest MacOS Ventura
• Changing all cables
• Reboot
• Switching Audio Out devices (only stutter on HDMI ARC audio out)
• Switching to 2ch 16bit 48kHz instead of 2ch 24bit 48kHz for (MacOS doesn't let me change kHz for USB-C/HDMI)
• killing CoreAudio: sudo killall coreaudiod
• Changing settings for Audio (HDMI ARC) on monitor and soundbar
• unplugging/replugging HDMI and USB-C

Nothing works.

Any help?
