Below are steps to help you connect your AirPods with a non Apple device. If those steps don't work you may want to reach to the manufacturer of the transmitter and see what they suggest on how to connect to your AirPods.

"To set up your AirPods with an Android phone or other non-Apple device, follow these steps:

1. On your non-Apple device, make sure that Bluetooth is on (on an Android device, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth).
2. Do one of the following:

• AirPods (all generations) or AirPods Pro (all generations): With your AirPods in the charging case, open the lid, then press and hold the setup button on the back of the AirPods case for about five seconds, or until the status light flashes white.
• AirPods Max: Press and hold the noise control button for about five seconds, or until the status light flashes white.

1. When your AirPods appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, select them."
