*If you can't reach the update server or can't verify the update

Work through the information there and post back if needed.

Thank you, Katana-San.

I’ll try to update over ‘iTunes’, but, for one crucial step before updating on ‘iTunes’, backup, it's not working for my device for the last few couple of months, I have even tried demounting my device’s storage, but it's still keep sticking; it keeps showing that itʼs updating but it doesn't, hope you understand the situation.
