Unable to allow access to my photos for my Nixplay app.

When I follow the directions suggested and go to ‘Settings >Privacy & Security >Photos’, the NixPlay App is not listed as having requested access and I don’t know how to add it. Still can’t add photos.

I had a similar problem. It might not be exact though. My problem was that in my iPhone settings, my text size was too large. Once I lowered it, I was able to see more options in the nixplay app.

We understand you have a third party app that can't be granted access your photos. This can be changed in  Settings > Privacy & Security. If you need, remove the app and reinstall it if you're unable to change privacy settings.

Contact the app developer if you're still not given the opportunity to change photo settings.

I don’t use Google photos! I use Amazon photos! When did Nixplay become Google photos exclusively?

None of the solutions shared worked for me. I think the app is likely not updated for the latest iPhone version. My workaround was to go to the Nixplay website and log into my account. I created a new playlist there and it showed up in my app. Now I can add photos to it.

So you don't have this in your NixPlay settings, right?

Try removing the app from your iPhone and add it back.

I have a 13 and am suddenly unable to upload photos to niixplay. They have been denied access. How do I resolve this.

I don’t have a photos option in settings to load photos. Will I lose photos currently loaded photos i I uninstall and reinstall?

Brilliant! I was banging my head against the wall uninstalling - reinstalling etc and it was the font size all along! Thanks
