All Photos sorting

Is there any way to tell Apple that it’s very frustrating they don’t have an easy way to change the sorting filter on the All Photos page from the photo metadata time stamp to the date taken/downloaded onto device?

I don’t understand how they can’t see that if someone tries downloading a picture from someone else that has a metadata time stamp from like 20 years ago, then they’re gonna be tearing their hair out trying to find where the picture is in their photo library. I don’t know maybe that’s unreasonable of me to think? Why can’t Apple just make it simple for people? I don’t care about this fancy metadata historical tracking ability.
