They may be great people, but if they are not an authorized Apple Service shop, they do not have access to genuine Apple replacement parts. Yes, of course they are going to say that the parts that they used are "the same as Apple parts", but now you know better.
So any part that they install is going to create a notice on your phone about a "unknown" part. If an unknown battery is installed on your phone for example, the Battery Health settings will not work correctly in the future, so you won't know about the actual status of the battery at all as far as Battery Health.
Use the link below to find authorized Apple Service shops in your area and check to see if the shop that you used is listed.
If you do find that the shop is not an authorized Apple Service location, then things can get dicey. An Apple authorized shop will now most likely refuse to work on the phone because of tampering by non-authorized persons and the use of non-genuine replacement parts.

Talking about using non-Apple screens, why would someone pay double the money for an Apple screen if the iPhone is out of warranty, then what you’d pay for a non-Apple screen that does the same thing?
3rd party screens do NOT do the same thing. Only Apple screens support True-tone and auto-brightness, and only Apple screens have the oleophobic coating that minimizes fingerprints. And using a non-Apple screen means that Apple will no longer service the phone for any other problems. Also, the tools to restore the water-resistance of the phone are not available to 3rd party installers unless they purchase the tooling that Apple sells for DIY repairs, and generally phones not repaired by Apple will lose their water resistance.
The popup will go away eventually, but the message will remain forever in Settings/General/About. See→About genuine iPhone displays - Apple Support
Apple now sells kits and parts to install genuine Apple screens (and batteries), so there is no excuse for a 3rd party installer to not do the repair correctly.

"so i cant have it go away and i have to pay $200 to replace it"

Get this Serviced Once More:
Have the person who placed the new screen in there, place a genuine one in there. I don't think they would change you for a mishap.

Thank you for the screenshot.
Troubleshooting Ungenuine iPhone Display:
Take this back to the service center, and have them place a genuine part in this. Go Here: About Genuine iPhone Displays - Apple Support. Whoever replaced it, should have placed a genuine screen in there. They should have known better.

It ain't gonna happen. There is nothing you can do. :'(.

Good question!
No. It will not go away until it is replaced.

So, Who Replaced this?
Get a New Screen:
If not Apple, then this whole screen issue is a scam, on part of person who replaced it. So, get it replaced. I'll leave it at that.
Learn from This:
If Apple did not replaced this, then take this as a learning experience, knowing to always get a replaced item from Apple and none other, as a way to avoid scams and such.
From my experience, the notification will go away eventually. I would wait a month or two maybe longer see if it goes away.

You are telling us that the "great people" are not Apple qualified and they installed the wrong screen, significantly downgrading your phone. A reputable firm with "great people" would apologize and offer you a full refund.
You are also telling us that an authorized Apple Service shop will now refuse to look at your phone if you have any issues in the future.....even if you are willing to pay.
Reports vary. Some users report that the pop up never goes away and others report that it goes away in a month or two.
If the "great people" replace your iPhone's battery, not only will you get the pop up, but the readings for Battery Health will disappear, so you won't be able to track the performance of your battery at all.
Is that worth saving $10-20 on a "new" battery? Your call on that one.
I went today and they said they couldnt fix the issue but tbh the screen works better then my old one just didnt want tbe prompt to pop up as a notification in settings.

"TheLittles, how can non-Apple screens be a scam? I know how asking someone for their personal info can be a scam, but a non-Apple screen?!"
-------
Over the years, there's plenty examples of people getting scammed from Amazon purchases, to AASPs scamming customers.
Thank you kindly, both you and Bob for this info!
OP: I guess from the two replies above you have all the info you need to determine if you’d like to go ahead with the screen replacement from an AASP, or a non-AASP. Of course, an AASP is strongly recommended!
They have a great reputation from my experience with them and did replace the screen again with a better one. I might get a new phone in the future posible but i just wanted to know if the pop up would just go away and stay in settings and not as a notification
