i redeemed an 30$ apple gift card then i purchased something for 5$ then i wanted to buy more but it said “The iTunes Store is unable to process Gift Certificates at this time.” so i couldn’t buy it and now i cant buy anything and I'm stuck with the 25$ please help

when i write in the tell us whats happening and write whats happening it says other stuff then like “your appleid was disabled” and more stuff. i cant call apple because i cant. could you tell me what to write in the box “tell us whats happening” please
