I’m using iPhone 13 since 1 year and my battery health is 92% right now so should I worry/concern about it?
Because I have noticed my battery percentage/ health both dropping quickly

92% is normal after one year usage. The drop could be much less in the coming two years.
Is iOS 17.4 causing battery health drain?

Nah not really, thats normal for about a year after first use, also depends on other factors
