How can a live video from youtube start playing on my iPad without my permission?

Well, perhaps. But what I know as the Mini Player from back in the iTunes days also plays (my playlist, not streaming) unexpectedly in the background at no consistent intervals and for no known reasons. I just assumed this was another instance of that player app doing something without permission. In fact, as you can see, it didn’t look at all like YouTube; it looks just like the Mini Player only it’s playing the audio part of what I guess would be a video.
