If you're experiencing issues with the volume on YouTube specifically on your iPhone, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Make sure the volume on your iPhone is turned up. You can adjust the volume using the volume buttons on the side of your device or through the Control Center. Adjust the volume on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
  2. Also, ensure that the mute switch on the side of your iPhone is not turned on.
  3. While playing a video on the YouTube app, tap on the screen to bring up the playback controls. Ensure that the volume slider within the YouTube app is not set to the lowest level. Drag the slider to increase the volume if necessary.
  4. Check if the volume issue is specific to YouTube or if it affects other apps as well. Try playing audio or videos from other apps on your iPhone to see if you can hear the sound. If the issue is isolated to YouTube, it may be related to the app itself.

If you encounter any challenges with third-party applications or a particular website, I recommend reaching out directly to the respective app developer or site publisher/host for further assistance. Here is how

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

  1. If you have a distorted sound issue on your iPhone --> If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad
  2. If you are not able to hear the other person, click this...>If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't ...
  3. If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support
  4. If the other person is not able to listen to you then please click this to identify the issue --> If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't ...

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
