Phone won’t use internet calling and goes into SOS mode.

If your device is unable to connect at all, try these steps: If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad. 

If this only seems to be a problem when you are attempting to call in certain areas, please contact your wireless provider for more help.
