Today, I've tried iCloud, Airdrop and Bluetooth and using a connecting cable but only a few photos have showed up in iCloud. So frustrating. My MacBook Air is "waiting". Waiting for what?

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
Turn Off VPN, see -> Change VPN settings on Mac

Yes, but that wasn't working. I've found a very cumbersome slow way to do it.
But why today? Nothing's different.
