hello, I've reported that my computer keeps shutting down because of a problem. Reported this to Apple, what can you tell me and what course can I take to resolve this, thanks Dario

The "Report to Apple" button merely sends the crash report to them. Since all diagnostics, logs, and crash reports are de-identified, you will not get a reply.


Read If your Mac restarted because of a problem - Apple Support. Review all those suggestions, and if you still need help from your fellow Mac users by all means write back for more.
