please can any other person have access to my Apple account

Hello kenechukwuisaac23,

No. The individual you "trust" to be a Legacy Contact must supply your death certificate and a code generated (only able to generate by being a Legacy Contact) before gaining access to your account. They cannot just access your Apple ID and data. The death certificate is the key portion of this.
