Some recipients of my email are not receiving them

I'm having problems with my Mac mail facility. Recently, my sent emails have not been received by recipients.

The emails I am sending show up in my "sent" folder so I have no indication there is a problem but then three days or so later I receive the email back, addressed to myself, as if I originally sent it that way (to myself). I then ask the intended recipient if they ever received it and the answer is always "no". Using OS is Sonoma 14.5 Help!

Email sending problems with Mac Book Pro I'm having trouble sending emails from any of my email accounts on Mac Book Pro Venture since version 13.5.1. I am receiving emails ok .

Emails showing as sent in Apple Mail but are not always received I have an issue with Apple Mail where not all recipients are receiving emails. The problem seems to be random in the recipients that are and are not receiving email. So for example, I recently sent an email to 8 people, 5 of them received it, and 3 did not. With the three that did not, even if I send them an email individually, they don't receive it. However, if I login to email on a browser and send via the broweser instead of through the Apple Mail client, they will receive it. I have a number of accounts set up in Apple Mail, and these recipients don't receive email from me, no matter which account it is sent from. A number of other colleagues who use Apple Mail are experiencing a similar issue. Does this make sense? Let me know what further information is needed to try to diagnose the problem.

Mail is simply a portal to a web mail service that allows local control; you can still use the web site to send emails. Have you tested from there? If they fails go from the website the problem is likely your Mail account setup. If the web service fails to deliver, it's their fault.

Confirm you have their correct Addresses.

If you determine the mail account is the problem remove and recreate the account from scratch.

You can also create a new user and login as it and test mail.

Of course it's possible your OS is flawed.
