You'll need to log into the "old" account if your data is stored there. Try iforgot.apple.com.
It's not a good practice to create new Apple IDs as everything is tied to the ID in the Apple ecosystem. You can change your Apple ID if needed to retain all of your history (Change your Apple ID - Apple Support).
